Orienteering ACT wishes to acknowledge the custodians of this land, the Ngunnawal people and their Elders past and present. We are honoured to be able to hold events on the ancestral lands of the Ngunnawal people. We acknowledge the First Australians as the traditional custodians of this land, whose cultures are among the oldest living cultures in human history. We pay respect to the Elders of the community and extend our recognition to and welcome their descendants who both take part in our events and have joined us as members.
