ENTRY: Pre-entry on Eventor via the season pass or individual event entry is strongly recommended.

1. Season Pass. Covers up to 23 events in the April-September season for the price of less than 13 individual event entries. Adults $125, juniors (15-19) $88, juniors under 15 are free but must still register. Register here: https://eventor.orienteering.asn.au/Events/Show/20458

2. Pre-entry to individual events via Eventor. Entries close midday Monday. Adults $10, juniors (15-19) $7, juniors under 15 are free but must still register.

3. Enter at the event from 4:50pm to 7pm on Monday. Adults $10, juniors (15-19) $7, juniors under 15 are free but must still register. Cash only, please bring exact change.

COURSES:

A+ - all 25 controls, A - 18 controls, B - 15 controls, C - 12 controls, D - 8 controls, Walk - as many as you can visit within 1 hour. A 1 hour time limit applies only to the Walk course, all other courses have no time limit. All controls are on light poles and can be visited in any order.

This is a MapRun event, with no control plates out. Use of the MapRun6 app is highly preferred, but there is the option to navigate and self time the course if needed. The MapRun event name is: "tba".

STARTS:

The MapRun course will be open from 6am on Thursday, participants can start their course any time from then until 7pm on Monday. To encourage social interaction, there will be mass starts at 5pm, 5:30pm and 6pm on Monday. The course map will be available on Eventor for download. Persons who are unable to access MapRun on their phones can use an honesty system to self time their course then email their result to John Harding () by 8:30pm on Monday.

An organising team will be at the assembly area from 4:50pm to 7:15pm on Monday, with start times from 5pm to 7pm. Assistance in using MapRun on smartphones and smartwatches will be provided. A limited supply of printed maps will be available and a self start recording sheet, with self timing for those not using MapRun.
