Event A Season Pass Event B Registration Event B Season Pass - Event Notes
ASSEMBLY AREA: North end of Waldock St, Chifley.
COURSES: Moderate 1 (3.3km), Moderate 2 (2.3km), Easy (2.1km), Very Easy (2.2km). The courses have been set as a middle distance event. All courses cross Waldock Street. Please take care crossing the road.
Season pass holders who wish to change their course/class can do so by visiting their respective season pass Eventor page prior to any event.
MAP: 1:5,000 with 5m contours.
START: The start is approximately 400m south west of registration. The walk to the start initially involves walking along the bike path. Please be mindful of bikes. The route to the start involves crossing Waldock Street. Please take care crossing the road.
TOILETS: The nearest public toilets are at Chifley shops.
ENTRIES: Newcomers who have not orienteered previously may enter on the day at the event. ALL OTHERS PRE-ENTRY ONLY - either by purchasing a season pass or entry to individual events via eventor.
As a COVID-19 preventative measure each Metro Series event has been split into two events, held at the same location, on the same day. Event A (this event) has start time window 9.30am – 10.45am; Event B has start time 11.00am – 12.15pm. Course closure 1pm.
Enter this event to participate in Event A.
Season Passes are also available with entry to every A or B event in the Metro Series.
