DAY-NIGHT EVENT

The usual very easy, easy, and two moderate courses will be available as normal for individual starts between 5pm and 6:30pm.

Night-time mass starts will also be available for the two moderate courses at 8pm (Don't forget to BYO headlamp or torch!).

Moderate course runners can choose to run during the day or as part of the mass-start night race.

ENTRIES

The following entry options are available, pre-entry via the season pass or to individual events is strongly encouraged:

1. Newcomers who have not orienteered previously may try three events for free, no need to pre-register, just turn up and enter on the day at the event.

2. The Season Pass provides entry to all 12 events for the price of only 7: adults $84, juniors $35. Must be a paid club member and have your own SI stick. Season pass holders who wish to change their course/class can do so by visiting the season pass page prior to any event. Register via Eventor: https://eventor.orienteering.asn.au/Events/Show/19195

3. Pre-entry via Eventor. Member adults $12, member juniors $5, non-member adults $20, non-member juniors $10, plus $5 SI stick hire. Entries close 5pm 27 February.

4. Enter on the day at the event. Member adults $12, member juniors $5, non-member adults $20, non-member juniors $10, plus $5 SI stick hire. Payment via EFTPOS (preferred) or cash (please bring exact change).

ASSEMBLY AREA:

Fadden Pine car park, Bugden Ave, Fadden.

The Fadden Pines car park gate is closed and locked at 8pm, night event participants must park outside the gate along Bugden Ave.

COURSES:

Moderate 1 (3.8km), Moderate 2 (2.8km), Easy (2.3km), Very Easy (1.9km).

STARTS:

Daytime start window for all courses between 5pm and 6:30pm.

Night-time mass starts for moderate courses only from 8pm.

COURSE CLOSURE:

Daytime courses close at 7:30pm. You MUST report to the finish by 7:30pm, whether you have finished your course or not.

Night courses close at 9pm. You MUST report to the finish by 9pm, whether you have finished your course or not.
