An orienteering event in memory of Bob Allison is being held on Sunday 26th October on one of Bob’s maps at Greenhills Camp Cottermouth.
Proceeds from the event will be donated to the Cancer Council.
ENTRIES
Member adult $25, member junior $12. Non-member adult $40, non-member-junior $30. Entries close 11:59pm Wednesday 22 October.
ASSEMBLY AREA:
Greenhills Centre, 1437 Cotter Rd, Stromlo. Follow Cotter Road west out of Canberra suburbs, approximately 7km after intersection with Eucumbene Drive turn left into Greenhills/Cottermouth. Watch out for cyclists on Cotter Road and give the obligatory distance when passing. Follow signage to parking.
COURSES:
Hageby - 3 loops 4km
Short Hageby - 2 loops 2.5km
Very Easy/Easy - 1.6km
STARTS:
Mass start at 9.30am (with option to start later if split starts are needed) with a choice of 2 or 3 loops (course lengths approximately 2.5km or 4km respectively). A Very Easy/Easy course will also be available with starts 9:30-10:30am.
