ENTRIES:

This season pass covers entry to the 10 ACT Sprint Series events from 23 November 2025 through to 22 February 2026.

The season pass provides a 40% discount on the member entry fee to all 10 events: Adults $102, juniors $36. Season pass holders do not need to complete further registration to individual events - just turn up and start.

To purchase a season pass you must be a member of an orienteering club and you must own your own Sportident stick (see below for how to purchase an SI stick).

Season pass registration will remain available throughout the Series. Entries will close at 5pm on the Saturday before each event, and reopen after each event.

You must be entered in the season pass before this time to use your pass at the following Sunday's event. If you do not enter in time you will need to pay for individual event entry to participate in the following day’s event. Refunds will not be provided for individual event entry fees if a participant later chooses to purchase a season pass.

Without the season pass you are still welcome to enter any individual event. Individual event entries close at 8am on the morning of each event. Entry on the day is also available at each event via smartphone QR code.

COURSES:

Start anytime between 9:00am & 10:00am Sunday. Course closure 10:30am.

Sprint course (approx. 2.5km).

Beginner course (approx. 1.0km).

Note: Some events may have more than 30 controls. If you have an SI Stick that can't hold more than 30 punches (eg. SICard5 and SICard8), then you will not get all your splits recorded. http://act.orienteering.asn.au/resources/si-sticks/

TO CHANGE COURSE SELECTION:

Season pass holders may swap to a different course/class before any event. To do so, login to Eventor and visit the season pass 'event': 'Change entry' > select new course/class from the drop down list > follow the prompts to confirm the changes. Changes must be made by 5pm on the Saturday before each event.
