Metro Series Season Pass Registration - Event Notes
ENTRIES
The following entry options are available:
1. Season Pass, provides a 40% discount on entry to all 12 Metro series events. Season pass entrants have been automatically entered into their usual Metro Series course for this event. To change to a different course for this event (eg. to move form a Moderate to a Hard course), login to eventor and click 'change class', select your new course, and confirm changes.
2. Pre-entry via Eventor. Member adults $15, member juniors $5, member family maximum $35. Non-member adults $25, non-member juniors $10, non-member family maximum $60. SI stick hire $5. Entries close 9am on the Saturday morning of each Metro Series event.
3. Online entry on the day at the event. Adults $25, juniors $10. SI stick hire $5. BYO smartphone to complete entry and payment at the event. NB: there is no member discount for entries made at the event.
ASSEMBLY AREA:
Allow 40 minutes from central Canberra.
From north Canberra/Queanbeyan: Take Old Cooma Rd south from the Edwin Land Pkwy intersection, after 8km turn left on Burra Rd. Follow Burra Rd for 7.5km then turn left on London Bridge Rd. Continue along London Bridge Rd, which becomes unsealed after 1km, proceed through closed gate (please keep closed). 2.5km from Burra Rd, shortly after crossing a grid, turn sharp left to Tin Hut Dam. Proceed 1km to the parking and assembly area.
From south Canberra: Take the Monaro Hwy south from the Johnson Dr roundabout, after 7.5km turn left on Old Cooma Rd. Follow Old Cooma Rd for 8km, then turn right into Burra Rd. Follow Burra Rd for 7.5km then turn left on London Bridge Rd. Continue along London Bridge Rd, which becomes unsealed after 1km, proceed through closed gate (please keep closed). 2.5km from Burra Rd, shortly after crossing a grid, turn sharp left to Tin Hut Dam. Proceed 1km to the parking and assembly area.
COURSES:
Hard 1, Hard 2, Hard 3, Hard 4, Hard 5, Moderate 1, Moderate 2, Easy, Very Easy.
STARTS:
Between 10:30 and 12:00.
COURSE CLOSURE:
Courses close at 13:00. You MUST report to the finish by 13:00, whether you have finished your course or not.
