Event Notes: Dear MTBOers! Welcome to a radiant Celebration of Mountain Bike Orienteering:)! CARNIVAL PRESENTATIONS DINNER will take place at a vibrant HARMONIE GERMAN CLUB, 49 Jerrabomberra Ave, Narrabundah in Canberra. Time: 19 October 2024, Saturday, 18.30PM START (limited with 150 entries) DRESS CODE: Smart/ Smart Casual Presentations Ceremony will start at 19.30 pm at the Harmonie German Club. Carnival Presentations Dinner will be a true and exciting celebration of Mountain Bike Orienteering and everyone is kindly welcome! Bring your Family and Friends along, everyone has to register in advance by October 13th (Choose - in SERVICES - ADD A GUEST) GUEST will not appear in the final list, as you don't enter his/her name, but payment on your name will be recieved and place will be booked. WE can see the whole list of GUESTS, it is just can't be public. So your place is booked, please don't worry! Please book your place for a Dinner and pre-pay at the Eventor page: BOOKING IS OPEN UNTIL OCTOBER 8th, 17:00!!!! Dinner will be a Classic - Harmonie German Club - CLASSIC 3 COURSE PLATED MEALS; which include STARTER, ENTREE, MAIN and DESERT for all (for Juniors - Ice Cream). PLEASE CHOOSE ONE OF 3 OPTIONS BELOW: Standard Dinner (3 course) - $60 per person Dietary Reqs Dinner (3 course) - $60 per person Junior Dinner (under 20) - (3 course) - $30 per person Drinks could be purchased individually at the Bar for additional pay. The choice of the best German beers, including Harmonie German Club's best - The President beer, will be on offer! For those who want to join only for Presentations, Prize-Giving Ceremony will start at 19.30 pm at the Harmonie German Club. We warmly welcome everyone to the Carnival Presentations Dinner - a vibrant and exciting celebration of Mountain Bike Orienteering!!! Photographs are taken at events for online and magazine publication to assist in the promotion of orienteering. If you do not want your photo taken and published please advise registration at each event.
