This is a MapRun event, with no control plates out. Use of the MapRun6 app is highly preferred, but there is the option to navigate and self time the course if needed. The MapRun event name is: "Latham OACT Feb 2023 SA".

For more information on installing and using the MapRun6 app, see: https://sites.google.com/view/maprun-canberra/intro This information includes instructions on how to review your result and amend it if MapRun fails to register at a control you definitely visited.

COURSE SETTER'S NOTES:

The walkway NE of #12, down to the creek, is closed to build a million-dollar set of stairs. Construction has finished but it is still fenced off. There are alternative route choices available.

There is a massive dead eucalypt fallen across the plaque which is #19 control site. However, there is a prominent historical sign right next to the plaque that is easy to spot if you go to the centre of the circle on the map.

There are closed footbridges in Umbagong Park which are marked with out of bounds red crosses on the map. The only recommended Ginninderra Creek crossing points are at controls 1 and 4.
