COVID-19 ENTRY POLICY

Refunds of entry fees will be considered for anyone who is unable to attend the event due to Covid-19 restrictions or illness.

ENTRIES:

Pre-entry only. Entries close 12pm Friday 9 September. This is not a joke – NO late entries and NO Enter on the Day.

MAP:

Stringybark Hill, Jerrabomberra. 1:5,000, 5m contours. Mapped in 2020 by Tate Needham.

COURSES (length, climb):

Hard 1 (6.2km, 450m), Hard 2 (4.9km, 350m), Hard 3 (3.8km, 240m), Hard 4 (2.5km, 125m), Moderate 1 (3.3km, 160m), Easy (1.7km, 55m), Very Easy (1.2km, 40m).

COURSE SETTER NOTES:

The terrain is mostly fast and open with good visibility (but quite steep and rocky in places). There are tea-trees, blackberries and other nasty vegetation in and around the main creek and some of the other gullies, so pick your crossing points well.

The area has an extensive network of mountain bike and walking tracks - please watch out for other people using the area.

STARTS:

Between 10:00 and 12:00. Queuing starts.

COURSE CLOSURE:

Courses close at 14:00 (2:00pm). You MUST report to the finish by 14:00, whether you have finished your course or not.

DIRECTIONS:

Assembly area on Brudenell Drive, Jerrabomberra, opposite the intersection with Acacia Drive.

Parking on Acacia Dr or Brudenell Dr. Please be mindful and respectful of the local residents.
