The Bushflyers (BSA)

Predominantly a north side club, the Bushflyers have been one of the more successful Australian orienteering clubs and have produced a number of Australian champions and representatives.
The Bushflyers were formed around 1990 as a consequence of a merger between two of the original Canberra based orienteering clubs — the Northside Navigators and the Majura Macropods. The members are mainly from the north side of Canberra.
The Bushflyers have been one of the more successful Australian orienteering clubs and have produced a number of Australian champions and representatives. It has also been a regular winner of the ACT Club Championships.
In 2009 we are organising events at Ballinfad Creek (5 April), ACT Sprint Champs (CIT/Bruce Ridge) (16 May), Sandhills (21 June), Kowen Homestead (Badge) (9 August), and Antill's Creek (6 September). We welcome all offers of assistance.
The current convenor of the club is Ross Stewart who can be contacted at s-r-stewart@bigpond.com.au.
