Hayden Dent will win the 2024-25 Runners Shop Twilight Series. The series was decided at yesterday’s event at Tuggeranong Hill, where Naomi Penton achieved her first ever maximum score of 125 points, relegating defending titleholder Martin Dent, Hayden’s father, into second place on the day. There had been a possibility that Martin could tie his son for the series victory if he won both of the final two races in the series, Martin is now guaranteed to finish in second place.
Third place is not yet fully decided, Matty Maundrell is in the box seat to finish in third outright, with a six point advantage over Ariadna Iskhakova. Ariadna must win the final race, and hope that Matty finishes outside of the top five, in order to tie him for third overall.
