The 2023 ACT Mountain Bike Orienteering Championships on 14-15 October attracted the strongest MTBOers from 5 states (including QLD and TAS), however disproportionately few ACT participants participated.
The ACT MTBO team has a strong reputation for providing very quality enjoyable and diverse events, but would like to understand what else could be done to make MTB Orienteering more attractive to foot orienteers in the ACT.
Feedback from potential participants is extremely helpful, especially to inform the employment of new strategies to attract more participants to the 2024 Australian MTBO Championships in Canberra next year.
