ACT Training Camp, 10-12 December, Braidwood

If you’re heading to Tasmania for Oceania, try a bit of training mania!

Those feeling frustrated going around in circles looking for controls? Those wondering what’s going on in heads and legs that bound past like a kangaroo? Its training you need!

10-12 December Charleys Forest, near Braidwood, southern NSW.

Charleys Forest offers gully spur, mixed terrain interspersed with disturbed landscapes from past mining activity.
These training sessions support developing competitive orienteers as well as those moving from easy level to moderate. And hard level runners needing inspiration, and motivation, fitness and focus.

Attend as many or as few sessions as you can fit.

Coaches Marina Iskhakova, Toni Brown, Rob Walter and David Poland, with assistance of Toby Lang, will bring you energy and action to leap into 2023!
