Notice is hereby given to members of Orienteering ACT Incorporated (the Association) that a Special General Meeting of the Association will be held on Thursday 26 November 2020, immediately following the conclusion of the Council meeting on that day. The Special General Meeting is being convened for the purpose of considering and voting on proposed amendments to the constitution of the Association.
The proposed amendments mainly relate to the governance structure of the Association.

A hard copy of each of the above documents is also available for inspection at the OACT office. Please contact the office if you would like a paper copy of the documents to be sent to you.
In accordance with the Associations Incorporation Act 1991 and clause 60 of the Association’s current constitution, the constitution may only be amended if three-quarters of the members of the Association present at the meeting are in favour of the amendments.
