Swiss exchange student, Elin Erne, has opened up a good lead in the 2019-20 Runners Shop Twilight Series after four events.
The fourth event was at Campbell Park on Wednesday, which attracted 237 participants (29 of whom were visiting students from Tasmania). The top three competitors (men and women) on each course, before times were corrected for age and gender were:
- Moderate 1:: 5.4 km: MEN: Martin Dent 27:09, Matt Crane 27:13, Paul de Jongh 29:23: WOMEN: Shannon Jones 34:53, Elin Erne 35:44, Natalie Miller 39:25 (Training map).
- Moderate 2: 3.4 km: MEN: Kenji Walter 23:29, Dean Davies 23:49, Finn Marsland 24:33; WOMEN: Kathie Dent 24:18, Luca Hogg 29:35, Zoe Terrill 30.33.
- Easy: 2.7 km: MEN: Hayden Dent 17:19, Connor Dent 20:05, Justin Wilson 22:26; WOMEN: Rowan Edwards 40:19, Alice Radajewski 40:37, Kaylee Schneider 41:00.
- Very Easy: 1.6 km: MEN: Samuel Lawrence 9:58, Oliver Clark 10:02, Henry Marston 10:51; WOMEN: Lillee Burke 10:54, Emma King 11:01, Liliana Quarrell 12:52.
