This week we welcome Fryderyk Pryjma and Maria Deptulska, orienteers from Poland – they will be here in Canberra until end of March 2020. Fryde is our new Coach in Residence, and has been orienteering for 9 years, for both Polish and Finnish Clubs.
Fryde and Maria will be at all the Twilight events so please come up and introduce yourself, bring your map, ask for travel tips, ask about lactate testing! speak Polish (or Finnish!) etc.
Fryde is keen to understand your interests in orienteering and future training – he has prepared a Survey for any ACT Orienteers to complete – your input will help him work out what general and specific training, armchair or other activities you would like him to organise, click here to complete the survey.
