The 2019 Classic Series and ACT League will kick-off this weekend with a double header of quality events at West Deakin and The Gib.
Saturday will see that the 2019 ACT Sprint Distance Championships take place on a brand new map at West Deakin.
Entries for the Championships have now closed, but if you haven’t pre-entered you can still participate in enter on the day, with a choice of four courses ranging from very easy to hard. Registration for EOD courses will be from 1130 -1230, with starts after the last official starter on each respective course.

Sunday’s event at The Gib (pictured above) will treat participants to challenging navigation amongst the hill’s detailed granite outcrops, as well as panoramic views of Bungendore and Lake George.
A full range of very easy to hard courses will be available. Enter on the the day between 10am and 12pm.
Competitors should note that there will be two starts. The start for the Red 1 to Red 3 courses is about 1.3 km west from the assembly area. The starts for the Red 4, Orange, Green and Blue courses are 600m south of the assembly.
