Outstanding junior Zoe Melhuish and 2017 ACT Orienteer of the Year is taking a slender lead into the Christmas break of the Runners Shop Twilight Series, Orienteering ACT’s secondary all-age series. After eight events, Melhuish best five scores total 622 points (from a possible 625). She leads another junior Ella Cuthbert by six points, followed closely by Martin Dent on 615, Matt Crane 614, David Stocks 607, Shannon Jones 603 and Andrew Kerr on 601 points who rounds out those above 600 points. The Series will resume at Farrer Ridge on 31 January, after the 5-Day Sprint Canberra Series over the Australia Day weekend.
