COVID-19 EVENT ENTRY POLICY

Anyone entering an OACT event MUST comply with the current Covid-19 health advice in both their home state and the ACT, as at 24 hours prior to the event. Note that while travelling, it is your responsibility to maintain physical distancing and practice good hygiene. Refunds of entry fees will be considered for anyone who is unable to attend the event due to Covid-19 restrictions. Information on travel to and from the ACT can be found here: https://www.covid19.act.gov.au/community/travel

ASSEMBLY:

Carpark for CGS Flinders Ovals 1, 2 and 3, off Flinders Way, Griffith, opposite the junction with Hayes Cres, Forrest.

FACILITIES:

Car park, toilets, shelter (many thanks to Canberra Grammar School).

ENTRIES: Three entry options are available:

1. Season Pass: https://eventor.orienteering.asn.au/Events/Show/10939

2. Pre-entry to individual events. $5 adults, juniors free. Enter via each event's Eventor page.

3. Enter on the day at the event. $5 adults, juniors free. Exact change cash only. Pre-entry is preferred.

STARTS: Start at any time between 5:40pm and 6:15pm.

COURSES: All courses have time limit of one hour. Course A: any 18 of 20 controls. Course B: any 15 of 20 controls. Course C: any 12 of 20 controls. Course D: any 8 of 20 controls. Power walk: visit as many controls as possible in one hour. Distance of courses ranges from about 3km up to 8km.

No punching the control card, tick the boxes on the card, or use MapRunF on your smartphone. Please pre-enter, bring a pen and a watch or other timing device.

MAPRUN: Available from Sat 27 Feb. Start/finish at the very large power pole in the small park on Hayes Cres, Forrest.
