COVID-19 EVENT ENTRY POLICY

Anyone entering an OACT event MUST comply with the current Covid-19 health advice in both their home state and the ACT, as at 24 hours prior to the event. Note that while travelling, it is your responsibility to maintain physical distancing and practice good hygiene. Refunds of entry fees will be considered for anyone who is unable to attend the event due to Covid-19 restrictions. Information on travel to and from the ACT can be found here: https://www.covid19.act.gov.au/community/travel

NO ENTER ON THE DAY IS AVAILABLE due to the access approval provided by Defence for OACT to provide officials’ and competitors’ names to ADFA prior to the event, entries close 11:59pm 17 March. Non-competing attendees over the age of 18 must register for free in the 'Spectator' class by 11:59pm 24 March.

COURSES:

Courses have been set to achieve winning times between 12-15 minutes iaw OA guidelines. SI-Air contactless punching will be enabled.

TERRAIN:

University campus, car parks, playing fields, undulating terrain and areas of open bushland. Out-of-Bounds areas will be shown on the map and MUST NOT BE CROSSED. Further detail on the Out-of-Bounds will be provided in the Information Instructions.

PARKING:

Parking in Addison Road, off Fairbairn Avenue. 10 minutes walk to the Assembly Area, crossing Fairbairn Avenue at the pedestrian crossing lights. NO PARKING within the ADFA/Duntroon precinct. Special provisions can be provided on request for orienteers in the M/W85 and over age groups.

North end of the ADFA oval adjacent to Robert Campbell Road.
