David Stocks has returned from his overseas trip, which included JWOC and a bout of COVID, to claim the top ACT League points in the 2022 ACT Middle Distance Championships at Pine Island. He was also the fastest competitor on Course 1, as a 19-year-old, he was fastest to the first control and while some of the senior elites were quicker on some legs, he was never headed throughout the race. Grant Bluett was only 3.86 sec slower than Stocks on corrected time.
