Junior Training Blitz – Postponed

Update 17/12/20: Junior Training Blitz is postponed to early 2021

Regrettably, it has been decided that the Training Blitz that was to take place starting tomorrow night has been postponed.

It is planned that a similar training weekend will be held in late Jan/early Feb.

Don’t miss out on the final 24 hours of quality training for 2020.

This instruction will prepare juniors (target age under 20ys) – for bush, park, sprint and MTBO orienteering.

Sessions will be modified to meet the different needs and skill levels. Friday night session will have greater focus on advanced level, while Bruce Ridge session will be more focused on developing orienteers. Haig Park session will cover all skill levels. Primary school aged orienteers must have a parent/guardian remain present for the activity period.

If you are now doing orienteering at regular Orienteering ACT events, these sessions will give you the chance to meet, socialise and orienteer with lots of young people who also love to run wild!
