ACT and NSW have combined to organise a 4 night camp with 5 great days of training and competition around Armidale, northern NSW.
This camp is for all ACT and NSW juniors, with the aim of preparing athletes to perform at their best throughout the winter season. The area is renowned for its technical granite terrain, and for many from the ACT it will be their first time orienteering in this region. The camp starts mid-afternoon Wednesday 18 April 2018 and will conclude after the NSW Long Distance Championships on Sunday 22 April. Accompanying parents are welcome to join in.
The camp is designed to dovetail with the NSW Middle and Long Distance Championships.
Camp entries are now open through Eventor, entries close Friday 13 April.
For more information see the information flyer, or call the Blue Lighting Coach on 0411 968 001. The camp program is also now available.
Not a junior? Don’t worry, you can still experience the same excellent terrain by entering the NSW Middle and Long Distance Championships on Saturday and Sunday the 21-22 April.
Please see the event website for more information. Entries close this Tuesday 10 April.
