ASSEMBLY: Large gravel car park across the road from Canberra Grammar School on Monaro Crescent, Red Hill (eastern side of Monaro Cres).

Facilities: Parking, toilets, shelter.

SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS:

1. You must bring and use your own pen to fill in the control card at registration and out on the course (there will be no punching of control cards).

2. Please bring your own timing device (GPS, stop watch on your watch, stop watch on your smartphone) and self time. After registering and picking up a map from boxes near registration, you can start any time between 5.50pm and 6.15pm. This will minimise numbers of people in the assembly area at any time. On finishing, stop your timing device and tell the finish recorder your name, course, time (and number of controls if walking).

3. Please bring the right entry fee money and drop it in a money tub at registration. This will minimise money handling.

4. Disposable gloves will be worn by organisers to provide change and to explain the map to first timers.

5. You must bring your own water bottle.

6. Please maintain 1.5 m physical separation both in the assembly area and out on the course.

7. If at all unwell, do not come.

8. If uncomfortable with the thought of participating, stay at home and do your own solo exercise from home.

Everyone is welcome. Course A: visit any 18 out of 20 controls. Course B: visit any 15 out of 20 controls. Course C: visit any 12 out of 20 controls. Couse D: visit any 8 out of 20 controls. Power walker: visit as many controls as possible in 60 minutes. Distance of courses ranges from about 3km up to 8km.

Just turn up – no need to book ahead or notify anyone beforehand. Registration opens: 5.45pm. Start any time between 5.50pm and 6.15pm. Finish by 7.15pm.

Cost: $5 adult, $2 child, maximum $10 a family. Can participate individually or in teams.
