Please read Bulletin 2 and the Entry Terms and Conditions before entering. Services. For those who wish to attend the National League Awards Dinner, payment of $25 is required by 26 April. It will be a buffet meal, with vegetarian options. If you are a vegetarian please purchase your meal using the vegetarian option to enable the caterers to know how many people will be seeking vegetarian options.
